Can we configure the phones ourselves?

VoxSun desk phones are made so that they automatically configure themselves with their extension identity the first time they are powered on.
In some cases, or if you're using a non-VoxSun IP desk phone, a more manual configuration or process might be required. Please contact our support department if you have any questions or concerns.
