All of our phones have a similar user interface so that it's easy to use for everyone. All of our phones have great HD voice quality.
The T21P is an entry-level phone to use in places where a phone is required but rarely used (ex : hallways, warehouse aisles, for an employee who rarely uses the phone, etc.) or for budget-constrained uses. However, we do not recommend it for most users, as it only contains 2 speed dial buttons on the side of the screen. It also includes an integrated 100mbit Ethernet switch so that you can use a single Ethernet cable to connect both the phone and computer to the network.
The T41S phone is the regular desk model that we recommend for most users. It contains 6 physical buttons (configurable to a total of 15 virtual buttons over 3 pages) on the side of the screen that can be configured as speed dials and HD voice and speakerphone. It also includes an integrated 100mbit Ethernet switch so that you can use a single Ethernet cable to connect both the phone and computer to the network.
The T42S phone has all of the same benefits as the T41S, but it has an integrated gigabit (1000mbit) Ethernet switch. This model is recommended over the T41S if you have a gigabit internal network or are planning to upgrade to one.
The T46S phone is the model that we recommend for receptionists and anyone else who handles a large call volume. The T46S has a color screen that makes phone numbers and information easier to see when handling many phone calls and also includes 10 physical buttons on the side of the screen (configurable to a total of 27 virtual buttons over 3 pages). It also includes an integrated gigabit (1000mbit) Ethernet switch so that you can use a single Ethernet cable to connect both the phone and computer to the network. The T46S also supports the EXP40 expansion module that adds 2 virtual pages of 20 physical configurable buttons for a total of 40 configurable virtual buttons.
The T48S phone is dressed to impress with a stylish design with a 7" color touchscreen and 29 configurable virtual buttons for speed dial. We recommend this model for executives and anyone else who needs to have 29 speed dials all on the same screen. It also includes an integrated gigabit (1000mbit) Ethernet switch so that you can use a single Ethernet cable to connect both the phone and computer to the network. The T48S also supports the EXP40 expansion module that adds 2 virtual pages of 20 physical configurable buttons for a total of 40 configurable virtual buttons.
The W53P is a wireless phone that consists of a separate charging cradle for the handset and a transmitter base unit. It's the perfect phone for employees that need to move around a warehouse, the office, or to have a phone in a place that does not have an Ethernet plug. The W53P is also unlike a home wireless phone because you can still perform call transfers and three-way conferencing through its handset and you can even connect up to 8 handsets to the same base and have them function as independent extensions.
Finally, the CP920 is a phone designed for the conference room table with excellent speakerphone abilities. It has a three-microphone array to pick up speech from up to 6 meters (20 feet) away. We recommend it for any boardroom or office where speakerphone call quality is crucial
